About this restaurant

We are delighted to welcome you to our Lebanese restaurant in the historic heart of Waterloo. Our head chef, Wafic, has been a chef for over 40 years. He therefore has unrivalled experience in the trade. Having worked in the top palaces of Beirut and Dubai in the 80s, he was appointed head chef of the Lebanese diplomatic corps in Belgium in 1987. From 1997 to 2022, the chef owned a small restaurant, "Le Cèdre du Liban", in the Belgian capital. In 2023, Wafic and his son Mohamed decided to join forces and embark on a new project to combine youth and experience. One will bring his culinary knowledge and the other his mastery of entrepreneurship.

De loin le meilleur restaurant libanais auquel nous ayons été. Le service était impeccable, le personnel très prévenant et à l'écoute. Le service était plutôt rapide et la nourriture un pur délice. Le menu découverte est plus que copieux et nous avons également pris l'assortiment de desserts pour profiter d'une dernière gourmandise. Tout était parfaitement équilibré, au niveau des parfums et épices, rien n'était "de trop" mais pile comme il fallait. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et comptons bien revenir !
