About this restaurant
We are Steven and Ann. Steven was born and raised in Westouter, I, Ann, in Zichen - Zussen - Bolder. Love led me to West Flanders and brought me to Steven. Steven's heart has been in Bruges for a long time. After doing his studies here and keeping the candy store "t Zoetemultje" open in the Dweersstraat, he was keen to start up a new business in Bruges. I also liked the new challenge and left education. Charles and Greetje Dumolin gave us the opportunity to do this in their beautiful, exceptional, unique building. For this we will be eternally grateful. We hope to create a warm, cozy, homey atmosphere that will delight young and old, vegan and non-vegan. See you soon in Atelier Flori!

Atelier Flori was een aangename verrassing....

Atelier Flori was een aangename verrassing. Niet alleen het smaakvolle interieur en de vriendelijke bediening vielen op, maar vooral de smaakbom van de veggie gerechten was een ware sensatie. Je kan kiezen voor een etagère om samen kleine gerechtjes te delen – niet alleen prachtig gepresenteerd, maar ook verrassend vol van smaak. Je proeft vlees en kaas, zonder dat deze ingrediënten ook maar gebruikt worden. Een knap staaltje plantaardige keuken. Een echte aanrader!

The people working (especially our great server...

The people working (especially our great server) were phenomenal. We had to leave a bit early, and they were so nice and made sure we could take the rest of our food to go + plus something extra. So sweet, and considerate. Thank you for your tasty, tasty food. Also was told if you call ahead of time about a food allergy, they usually are able to accommodate a bit more.
