Tigres were not really tigres. Presentation...

Tigres were not really tigres. Presentation not very good. pan cristal not crispy hence not cristal. Cochinillo looked like buñuelos and too salty. Considering the reputation of the cook I was expecting a different level which would have welcome in Brussels. Sadly nothing special.
