CONGRATULATIONS ! YOU HAVE MADE IT TO THE VERTIGO RESTAURANT AND COCKTAIL BAR, ALTHOUGH WELL HIDDEN BEHIND THE " ESTRILLE DU VIEUX BRUXELLES ". THIS HISTORIC MONUMENT, OLDEST HOSTEL IN TOWN WAS A MEETING PLACE FOR HORSE RIDING VISITORS, A CROSSROAD OF PHILOSOPHICAL IDEAS AND A CABARET. IN THE COURTYARD, WHEN YOU ENTER ON YOUR RIGHT, YOU WILL FIND THE ENTRANCE OF AN OLD SECRET UNDERGROUND TUNNEL, NOWADAYS SEALED. IT LED SMUGGLERS CLANDESTINELY UNDER THE BARRIER OF BRUSSELS IN ORDER TO ENTER THE CITY. WELCOME IN THE BRUSSELS HIDING PLACE OF THE LEFT UNSAID !

Hidden inside a medieval gem of Brussels, Vertigo serves some of the best cocktails in town. We had a sharing platter as a starter and then different dishes for our main courses that were all cooked to a good standard. The wine selection is also excellent, really enjoyed our Chablis. A place I take friends without hesitation!

Très déçue par la quantité servie compte tenu...

Très déçue par la quantité servie compte tenu du prix. Une tartine de pain avec un peu de fromage et 1 champignon coupé en 10 pour 15€, c'est très limité. Le saumon teryaki délicieux mais également trop peu en quantité. Nous sommes sortis du restaurant en ayant faim. Cependant, service sympathique. J'avais demandé une réservation à l'étage et nous avons été placé près de la porte au rdc avec vue sur le bar.
