The food was fantastic, but the service was...

The food was fantastic, but the service was a little bit slow. Our group generally didn't mind, however, when we asked for a small dessert to celebrate our friend's birthday, this was impossible. To be fair, the staff had asked us if we wanted dessert, we said no, but we did then decide we'd like to have a candle in a dessert...but you would think I asked for the world. The staff looked shocked and bewildered. Surely, it's not the first time they have been asked to mark a birthday. Unbelievable. In the end, they brought one small candle in a shot glass...#embarrassing.

While my group got their drinks, I had to ask...

While my group got their drinks, I had to ask the waiters three or four times to bring mine... The lamb was good, but almost nothing comes as side with it. But the dessert was the worst disappointment - to call that thing a crème brûlée is a travesty...

It was the perfect date, me and my boyfriend...

It was the perfect date, me and my boyfriend were actually telling each other we never had a restaurant visit this great! Loved the food, the staff was very kind and welcoming and the music and ambiance were just great! Would definitely recommend.

So I asked before hand to confirm the menu...

So I asked before hand to confirm the menu and they refused. I needed to discuss specific dietary needs but I was informed that sufficient vegetarian and vegan option would be included. I get to the restaurant and they're not enough vegetarian and vegan main meals. The waiter suggested chicken and seafood after I tried to work own a menu before hand. Very disappointed in that aspect because this was an external corporate event with people that traveled from very far.
