Chez Biga We take our time, we like it when it ferments when it rests, we like to see flavors enhanced tenfold, blending with others. We love Belgian, Italian, French and Spanish terroirs, and there are no limits to our quest for flavor. We admit it, we like it when it's made in small Brussels workshops, on a small farm, when it comes from the land, when it's grown with passion, we like cooperatives, cooperating, collaborating, helping each other. We like tradition, we like to shake it up and innovate. Innovative drinks fermented with spices, blends of flavors, bubbles, gourmet explosion. We love gourmet coffee, we love what's not heavy on the stomach, we engage the senses, we work by hand, we collaborate with the local economy, we select with passion, we're young and dynamic, we're a family, for the love of good food.

Délicieuses pizzas napolitaines ! Le cadre est super sympa, les serveurs et serveuses aussi, et on a super bien mangé, pizzas généreuses, avec des ingrédients frais, ça se sent ! Et on adore les valeurs du restaurant !

Une pâte à pizza et une garniture incroyable, imbattable à Bruxelles! Dommage que la décoration ni la luminosité n’y est réellement travaillée. Sans compter l’isolation acoustique.. impossible d’avoir une conversation sans crier pour se comprendre..
