Chez Biga We take our time, we like it when it ferments when it rests, we like to see flavors enhanced tenfold, blending with others. We love Belgian, Italian, French and Spanish terroirs, and there are no limits to our quest for flavor. We admit it, we like it when it's made in small Brussels workshops, on a small farm, when it comes from the land, when it's grown with passion, we like cooperatives, cooperating, collaborating, helping each other. Super pizzeria, probablement parmi les meilleures (et plus originales) pizzas que j'ai jamais mangé. Le personnel était également très sympa et de bon conseil.

Excellentes Pizza dans un cadre agréable! Carrément une réinvention du concept de pizza tout en revenant aux fondamentaux de la pizza. Le résultat: du plaisir et de la découverte et un agréable moment en famille. On reviendra.
