The attitude of the main waiter was very rude on his answers. It was our first time in Brussels and we don`t know if it is normal to give tips on a good service and I asked the waiter on how much customers normally left as tips and his answer was "I don`t know, 1%, 5%, 10%, 100%, 1000%" and we found that answer very rude for a tourist couple that visit Brussels for the first time. Also his first approach when were deciding what to eat or drink wasn't kind.
