The food was excellent, but the service was...

The food was excellent, but the service was not good. At first the food was coming at nice intervals, but after several dishes it stopped. We were waiting for 30 minutes, during which I asked our waitress about it twice. She was apologetic, but nothing more. When I said to her for a second time that we were at that time waiting for half an hour she finally went to the kitchen, and the rest of our food came after additional 10 minutes. During that time of waiting we we never asked if we would like to order more water or wine, we had to call our waitress for everything. We were never offered (on the house) anything except apologies. Having in mind it is rather expensive and apparently Michelin recommendation, we thought a glass of wine would have been nice.
