COLONEL FORT JACO : Colonel Fort Jaco sits in a lush and pleasant district. It was born out of a desire to create a unique, unparalleled place: somewhere timeless and effortlessly stylish. The restaurant's cuts are proudly displayed at the butcher's counter located at the edge of the kitchen. We also have a vast rotisserie installed, so our menu here features poultry dishes. Designed as an introduction to its older sibling in the city centre, Colonel Fort Jaco has had no trouble in projecting its own comfortable, confident, inimitable style, and is now a not-to-be-missed venue in the south of Brussels. Table haute du fond . Ce n’est pas un souci . Mais toute la soirée avoir dans les oreilles les bouteilles en verres sinon jette dans les cageots et les centaines dé couverts essuyés et jetés un par un dans le bac avec le bruit métallique est insupportable. Nous sommes des habitués . La soirée a été carrément gâchée .
