Qualite/service par rapport au prix - exorbitant. Nous avons pris 4 menu a €125 et nos enfants un prix additionnel de €25 pour le plat principal avec du boeuf autrement €150. A voir les portions rien ne justifie ces €25 par exemple ... La qualite generale et la presentation ne sont pas dignes du prix. Nous n'avions plus ete au Samourai depuis quleques annees mais le prestige n'y est vraiment plus. Je ne peux pas comprendre comment Gault & Millau evalue en 2023 le Samourai a 16/20 alors que le restaurant japonais EN a Amsterdam, bien superieur n'est que de 13/20. Le Samourai demenagera en 2024 plus au sud de Bruxelles, esperons que cela ramenera a cette institution le prestige du passe.
Le service était parfait et la nourriture succulente, nous avons passé un très bon moment
As a starter there are no possibility to chose what we want to eat, it’s an imposed menu and quite frankly the choose was not stellar. Now, the quality of the food is not acceptable with that level of prices. I’ve never been in a sushi place, where the sashimi arrive in a cold plate, the fish being extremely cold, hence does not taste anything. The fish serve, not only was cold as mentioned above, but god know the variety was awful; salmon sashimi (really…) like there was not enough variety at this point of the year to chose from. Only bright spot of the evening was the champagne we’ve ordered, and the restaurant had nothing to do with it.
