In an attractive and inspired setting, where our senses are awakened (the view on the first floor and the sense of smell on the second floor), the chef Manuel Béjar offers you a creative French cuisine with the promise of the most generous scents of the South where he comes from (Narbonne). A pleasantly varied and attractive menu, but also a flavorful menu. A large place for fish and shellfish will delight all those who deplore the absence of a fishmonger in the region, and all this in a superb contemporary setting. The dishes, delicately prepared, are always based on fresh and quality products, flavored with spices, flowers and carefully selected herbs. You will be able to savor many products of the sea and the earth while plunging you in the heart of the south of France. We also offer business menus for your meetings. A smoking room is available for everyone to enjoy. On December 11, 2014, Manuel Béjar's L'Olivier des Sens was awarded the Delta d'Argent 2015.

Nous avons été installés à une table au fond...

Nous avons été installés à une table au fond de la cour dans une espèce de ginguette, en passant par l'arrière-cuisine et avons passé la soirée à la belle étoile en ce début du mois d'avril (!) car la ginguette ne recouvrait pas les 3 dernières tables !!!! (nappe en plastique ...) Il y avait un chauffage d'appoint trop éloigné de notre table. J'ai remis ma veste et mon épouse a remis son manteau, le serveur, bien aimable, nous a donné une couverture pour couvrir nos épaules. Nous avons passé une TRES mauvaise soirée. Note pour le patron : pourquoi n'êtes-vous pas venu vérifier si vos convives étaient confortablement installés ?? Vous avez gagné quelques couverts mais probablement perdu de nombreux clients : nos voisins étaient également frigorifiés et très mécontents, et les autres clients sous la tonnelle étaient également très étonnés du cadre ...
