A delicious snack, a juicy piece of meat, a classic Belgian cuisine or perhaps a heavenly sweet dessert.... Everyone finds his taste at Brasserie De Persil in Herent ! This brasserie is part of the Parkhof service area, but opens its doors to everyone. Brasserie De Persil is located on the former Henkel site and takes its name from the old Persil factory which was completely converted. There is plenty of parking to invite your family and friends, there are bus stops within walking distance, and the train station is a five-minute walk away. We also have a multipurpose room that can be used for meetings and private parties, among other things. Together with the chef of our brasserie, we can agree to provide sandwiches, buffets, or anything else to your liking during such events. Be sure to ask us about the possibilities.

Het eten was lekker voor 2 vd 3 personen. Aperitief liet zeer lang op zich wachten. Ook naar de drankjes bij het eten was het zeer lang wachten. Wij moesten er herhaaldelijk naar vragen. De zaak zat helemaal niet 'vol', 3 mensen aan het werk. Wij hadden info willen vragen voor een feestje/receptie volgend jaar, maar hebben beslist dit toch maar niet te doen. Ook geen fooi. Jammer!
