Graduated from the Ecole hôtelière Provinciale de Namur for nearly ten years, it is in Dave that Chef Jonathan Collignon invites you to discover. If you walk along the right bank of the Meuse between Dinant and Namur, you won't be able to miss this place that has been an integral part of the village for decades. Michel and Véronique Collignon took over the establishment with their son Jonathan in 2010 and gave it a more gastronomic dimension.
