The restaurant, for a gastronomic break Because the quality of our service also depends on the quality of our dishes, we invite you to take a seat at one of the tables in our restaurant, which is open every day of the week. On the menu you can choose from various dishes with Belgian and French inspiration, as well as seasonal specialties, which are prepared and cooked with particular care. In season, don't miss our game, our mussels or our asparagus dishes! Some dishes are also specialties of the house and caress the taste buds of our regular guests, such as our famous beef tagliata. Our chef, Cédric Tennstedt (former chef of the Vieux Maronnier in Nivelles), makes it a point of honor to sublimate fresh and quality products, and to give them his personal touch. All our dishes are prepared on site in our kitchen by a brigade that is attentive to all your wishes. We also offer vegetarian dishes and an exclusively vegetarian buffet on request. The Brasserie Do you fancy a quick and easy meal? That is also possible! Then we refer you to the "Bistro" part of our restaurant in Nivelles, where you can take a seat at a table with power point to enjoy your meal and work alone or in coworking. On the menu you will find typical Belgian dishes and classic brasserie dishes, as well as snacks, pasta and quality burgers. Buffets Our catering area also includes a live-cooking section where top-quality all-you-can-eat buffets are prepared regularly, in the afternoon for business lunches, on Friday and Saturday evenings, and on Sundays for brunches. Bon accueil, service agréable, buffet varié et de très bonne qualité. Salle confortable pour un petit groupe. Mais tarif en hausse de 5 € par rapport au prix annoncé lors de la réservation.

Bonjour, Il semblerait qu'il y ai eu une erreur au niveau de notre addition au niveau des boissons ! Notre Serveuse lors de la prise de commande ne nous a pas présenté la possibilité que nous offrait la formule Buffet concernant les Apéritifs ! Il y a eu un manque d'information qui a provoqué un choix de notre part faussé. Si la Formule Brunch nous avait été présenté convenablement nous n'avions pas eu à prendre un Ricard et une Saint-Feullien ! Personnellement une coupe de Proseco et non de Cava comme prévue avec le Brunch me fut servie et surtout facturée ! Tout cela est quelque peu regrettable. Cliente depuis maintenant 12 ans je n'ai jamais été déçue de l'établissement, je l'ai vu se moderniser et toujours d'améliorer:le service est toujours impeccable, la nourriture très bonne , le rapport qualité prix correct et le cadre est agréable !

Nous avons toujours été content e votre formule...

Nous avons toujours été content e votre formule buffet mais ce samedi tous les legumes, potage qui devaient normalement être chauds ds les casseroles étaient tous malheureusement froid. De plus les chicons étaient à l'eau. Dommage.Le reste impeccable.. D'autres personnes se sont plaintes également. Désolée.J'espère que vous veillerez à ce problème. ,Merci à vous A M Merveille

Le cadre est vraiment très agréable, très cosy...

Le cadre est vraiment très agréable, très cosy et malgré le nombre de tables, le restaurant n'est pas bruyant (ce qui est très appréciable). Le service est très agréable, souriant et prévenant. Le rythme est parfait. Quant à la cuisine, elle fut très appréciée par tous les convives. Nous reviendrons !
