J’ai pris un carpaccio hier et je vous avoue que le plat m’a énormément déçue. C’était une assiette de sel avec de l’exagération ainsi que cette sorte de mayonnaise bien trop présente. Je n’ai jamais senti le goût de la viande. Comme si qu’on cherchait à le cacher.

Op deze warme dag was het heerlijk om de aperitief buiten te kunnen nemen, om dan aansluitend in een warm kader te dineren met vrienden. Iedereen was zeer tevreden over de bediening en the food. Zeker de moeite waard om meer dan een uurtje te rijden naar dit adres.

Installés pour un repas en duo à côté de 2 tables de +20 personnes, niveau apéro: un sortie avec plus de glaçon que de Spritz, niveau des plats : un vol au vent et un Burger éole. Un espèce de mini feuilleté au dessus de l’effiloche de volaille dans lequel il y avait des os, pour le Burger aucune crudité en accompagnement. Une vraie déception.
