The Refugie goes for "Bistronomy"! Bistronomy is a new trendy term, which means as much as dining in a relaxed atmosphere, with on the menu quality dishes at an affordable price. Bistronomy is for all those who are looking for a fine culinary address for everyone's money. The key concepts are: quality cuisine, character, its own setting and last but not least, a loose, correct service! On the predominantly French-Belgian menu, you will find a mix of classics such as sole Meunière and homemade shrimp croquettes, in addition to excellent contemporary creations.
