Plats très originaux, fins et raffinés, service sympathique, cadre agréable.
Food was good but experience was let down by Inexperienced staff. Main dish was served to all but one person in our group. We had to ask where the missing dish was. Staff seemed to forget that we were having the tasting menu. It was difficult to get the attention of staff.

Nous avons apprécié d’avoir un personnel aussi sympathique à notre égard et aux petits soins. Le cadre est très agréable. Notre repas était excellent, nous y retournerons certainement lors de nitre prochaine visite à Bruxelles
Belle découverte d'une gastronomie basque "terre et mer" mêlant authenticité et modernité. Les saveurs étaient présentes dans l'assiette et le cadre a rendu ce moment charmant.

It was very disappointing. The service wasn't very good (even if they first bring us fish instead of the meat we ordered), the place is not welcoming enough (the restaurant is next to the hotel's reception) for this kind of restaurant. The food was ok, but nothing special. I'm definitely not coming back.
