Kom en ontdek ons restaurant dat vroeger "L'Esprit de Sel" heette, maar nu is omgedoopt tot Brasserie Signature. Sinds 1996 ontvangt de brasserie u in een uitzonderlijk kader waar traditie en elegantie hand in hand gaan op het Jourdanplein, op een boogscheut van de Europese Commissie. Wij verwelkomen u graag 7 dagen per week van 11 uur 's morgens tot middernacht non-stop, of het nu voor een zakenlunch is op ons terras 's middags of voor een familiemaaltijd 's avonds. Van de klassieke brasseriegerechten die we bij elk bezoek graag aantreffen, tot een variëteit aan rundvleesdelen of onze visvijver die in alle seizoenen worden voorzien, al onze producten zijn van de hoogste kwaliteit en door ons bereid. Dit garandeert u een onvergetelijke maaltijd in Brasserie Signature. Op het terras of in een van onze binnenruimtes – warm en modern of typisch Parijse brasserie in al haar elegantie; de keuze is aan u!!!

The table we were seated at was crammed and...

The table we were seated at was crammed and sitting under an overly hot heater that was very uncomfortable. We were in the enclosed patio and people were smoking inside which was disgusting. We asked to be moved indoors but there was no room, which is fine and understandable in itself, but the waiter didn't care one bit about our comfort and barely paid us any attention. After waiting a while for him to bother taking our order, our level of discomfort forced us to abandon ship and we left to find another place for dinner.

Produit de qualité et service très agréable...

Produit de qualité et service très agréable malgré le monde. En entrée des croquettes crevettes faites maison et en plat des noix de St Jacques avec une petite sauce délicate... le café gourmand est bien gourmand

When I invited the bar waiter to recommend...

When I invited the bar waiter to recommend me and my friend a regular red wine, he recommended us a wine (Devise Lillian) at a price of EUR 17,5 the glass, without informing us about that price (out of courtesy, at least, as this place is a simple, regular Brasserie). EUR 17,5 is well-above prices for a glass of wine at Brussels restaurants, even for Michelin-star restaurants, which this place is NOWHERE close to be. We felt robbed. Never again.
