Ik was tevreden en heb een fooi gegeven aan de bediening. Het is me evenwel opgevallen dat één persoon duidelijk de leiding nam (dat was echt wel nodig) en de overige garcons weinig vertrouwd waren met de menu en de bediening van hun electronisch registratietoestel. Ik vroeg bearnaise saus en kreeg peperroomsaus. Geen erg probleem, de steak en peperroomsaus waren goed. Als u naar mijn menig vraagt moet ik volledigheidshalve laten weten dat ik een muis zag lopen door het restaurant. Voor mij persoonlijk niet onmiddellijk een drama maar ik neem aan dat er wel klanten verloren kunnen gaan indien zij die muis zouden opmerken. Wat mij betreft, ik kom terug. Steven
