Un très bon accueil, personnel disponible et souriant. Ils prennent le temps de nous expliquer la cuisine, les vins, conseil les plats, le mariage des saveurs. La cuisine est de très bonne qualité et fine, pour un bon rapport qualité / prix . Enfin le cadre est très bien décoré et chaleureux.

Food was good but experience was let down by Inexperienced staff. Main dish was served to all but one person in our group. We had to ask where the missing dish was. Staff seemed to forget that we were having the tasting menu. It was difficult to get the attention of staff.

Belle découverte d'une gastronomie basque "terre et mer" mêlant authenticité et modernité. Les saveurs étaient présentes dans l'assiette et le cadre a rendu ce moment charmant.

It was very disappointing. The service wasn't very good (even if they first bring us fish instead of the meat we ordered), the place is not welcoming enough (the restaurant is next to the hotel's reception) for this kind of restaurant. The food was ok, but nothing special. I'm definitely not coming back.
