We had booked on your website for a 2pm lunch for 2 people which we were really looking forward to but when we arrived we were told that the reservation shouldn't have been accepted as there was no lunch being served because of the national holiday. This was extremely disappointing. However the staff at the hotel were very pleasant and apologetic.
