The food was excellent - I couldn't resist a starter comprising scallops and foie gras (my favourites) which was absolutely delicious. Similarly, I couldn't resist a venison main course either (another favourite) which was equally excellent. Unfortunately, I didn't have room for dessert! The ambience of the restaurant was also excellent. I'm so pleased I visited Pieter Pourbus. I will visit again when in Bruges.
